Quality of the keyboards

So, i have been doing some research onto how effective QWERTY typing actually is. It's surprisingly (Painful?) and there has been lots of research into proving this fact. Now i'm wondering if this is a good enough excuse to change over to DVORAK.

This supposedly has lesser chance of developing Carpel Tunnel Syndrome, and i can adapt easily to different typing styles.

Just wondering if the time/benefit ratio is worth it?
